Floresmiro Guaca together with his brother Andrés produced this washed coffee on Finca El Mesón, his farm located in the town of Acevedo, Huila.
This pink bourbon coffee was sun-dried for 21 days, and finally mechanically dried for 8 hours at 40° C. The result is a sweet and bubbly coffee with notes of champagne and pineapple. An ideal coffee for Christmas!
This coffee is great as a filter coffee. Perfectly suited to Americanos and Espressos and ideal for an Irish Coffee!
